Ms. Stoddard started the Firm after a decade-long career in government service. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Arizona State University, Ms. Stoddard went on to become a Cum Laude graduate of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While still a law student, Ms. Stoddard headed the Advocacy Program Against Domestic Violence, clerked for Judges at the trial and appellate courts, and worked for prominent civil law firms as well as the Maricopa County Attorney's Office.
Ms. Stoddard became a Deputy County Attorney with MCAO shortly after graduation and quickly ascended the ranks until being entrusted with highly-complex and sensitive cases involving crimes against children. Because of her written prowess and courtroom skill, Ms. Stoddard was selected to be an Assistant United States Attorney with the United States Attorney's Office in the District of Arizona. As a federal prosecutor, she handled several federal trials and appeals including successfully arguing before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco. She was named the Project Safe Childhood Coordinator, a role which required her to lead prosecutions of violent and technology-based crimes involving children as well as liaise with local, tribal, state, and federal authorities. Ms. Stoddard was frequently called upon to give educational seminars to law enforcement and social services personnel on a variety of legal issues.
Since forming Stoddard Legal Solutions, PLLC, in 2016, Ms. Stoddard has extended her high-quality legal representation to a private clientele. From estate planning to guardianship proceedings, Ms. Stoddard works tirelessly to advocate for her clients and their loved ones. She approaches her client relationships as partnerships; from the first meeting with a new consult, to the conclusion of their matter, she approaches each step from a place of listening and respect. The Firm has been nominated numerous times for Best of Ahwatukee awards and in 2022 was the Winner of the Best Living Will & Trust Category of the popular Lovin' Life After 50 Magazine.
When not working, Ms. Stoddard spends her free time playing the NYT Wordle & Spelling Bee, doing jigsaw puzzles, and enjoying the beauty and experiences Arizona has to offer with her spouse and their two children.
